Thank you so much to the lovely Bill for my return trip to the airport. I didn’t provide much notice (an impromptu trip away!) and Bill couldn’t have been more helpful and accomodating. Great chat and loved hearing about all his stories! I felt really safe and comfortable, which as a young lady on my own is something these days is important. I will certainly be booking him in for my taxi home from my nights out now too if he doesn’t mind!

Stress free & perfect
I initially booked as I was in dire need, running late, raining, and my daughter needed to get to school. With two other cab firms quite rudely saying no. I googled local cabs and up came this one. The man who answered was polite and friendly, I asked if there was any availability and he said he would be there in 15 minutes. 13 minutes later a beautiful car arrived, with a lovely driver. He was friendly and asked if I needed a return trip back after I had dropped off my daughter. I decided yes, as it would put my day right back on schedule. Honestly, this company are wonderful. Cannot fault them.

I have used their airport service for a few years and if it comes to a straight choice of an upgrade on the flight and having these guys meeting me I will choose them everytime

Amazing service in a luxury car which really makes the difference when travelling. The driver was friendly and polite and immaculately dressed. All these little things really make the difference in my opinion, it was also very nice to have a drive who wasn’t talking on his phone while driving like a lot of Hastings taxi drivers do! 5* service and would only ever use this company now! Well done

What a treat to be met at Gatwick after a long overnight flight by Bill with his spacious, comfy car. Thoughtfully provided water very welcome . Very friendly but allowed us to sleep most of the way. Worth every penny and highly recommended

Excellent service and drivers
Bill and Keith were super responsive to my email requests prior to our trip. They accommodated a large group traveling across England, and then a second trip to the airport. Bill is polite, interesting, a very safe/good driver, and we enjoyed his company across the countryside. Would definitely recommend and ride with them again! Great job!
